Designed the interface for an enterprise data management platform, transforming dense technical workflows into clear, guided experiences for data analysts and operations teams.

The platform handled large-scale data ingestion, validation, and distribution across multiple business lines. Users needed to monitor data quality, configure automated rules, and resolve exceptions quickly, often under time pressure.

As Product Designer, I owned the end-to-end design for the platform, from stakeholder workshops and user research through to detailed Figma specifications and developer handoff.

I focused on simplifying complex configuration screens, improving error-state handling, and ensuring consistency across the platform's core modules. A key part of the role was defining the right level of complexity at each step, balancing power-user needs with onboarding clarity.

Data quality monitoring, workflow automation, transaction management, and reporting dashboards, all designed with progressive disclosure to serve both new and expert users.

Key design challenges included balancing information density with clarity, creating flexible table and filter patterns, and designing intuitive rule-builder interfaces for non-technical users.
